I led the Brand Creative team (50+ staff) which produced marketing campaigns, digital products, brand standards and design systems to build the New York Times subscriber base. We launched NYT Crosswords, Cooking, the Men’s Style section, Times Insider, and NYT’s Apple Watch app.
My team grew NYT subscription revenue by 20% in 2014 and 46% in 2015, breaking the historic 1 million subscriber mark in 2014 and and almost doubling the subscription numbers the year following.
