The J&J online presence consists of a network of over 100 sites, including 30 iterations of jnj.com for global audiences. The system also encompasses the sub-brands for J&J’s pharmaceutical brands and medical technology divisions, including Janssen, Ethicon, and DePuy Synthes.
Over the last year and a half, my design team led redesigns of jnj.com, jnjmedtech.com, and jnjinnovation.com.
We were also tasked with envisioning and articulating the organization’s approach to external identity and access management (xIAM).
