My most recent in-house role was leading the global brand experience design team at Johnson & Johnson. My team and I worked together to oversee the creative strategy and implementation of the full range of J&J experiences for products, marketing and employees.

J&J is famous for their over-the-counter consumer products. Baby shampoo. Band-aids. In anticipation of their move to break off their consumer portfolio into a separate company, With "World of Well" we emphasized J&J's lesser-known—yet tremendous—commitment to scientific innovation.

Our enterprise branding efforts also included direct connections to caregivers, particularly nurses, who are a prime audience for J&J medical technology products.
